Arrival between 3.00pm and 9.00pm and departure by 10.30am weekdays and noon at weekends (unless otherwise agreed in advance). If you are likely to arrive after 7.o0pm please let us know so we can make arrangements to show you in.
We will always do our best to provide the treatments that have been booked but occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control (eg a therapist is ill at short notice) it may be necessary to change the times or offer an alternative treatment. Very occasionally (eg we cannot find an alternative) we may have no option but to cancel a treatment or treatments and refund their cost.
Once an appointment time has been made if you fail to attend you will still be liable to pay for the full treatment and will be charged. If you are late for an appointment then your treatment may be cut short and you will still be liable for the full amount.
Please note that we do not accept responsibility for the actions of third parties or circumstances beyond our control which may affect your visit.
Please inform us if anyone in your party has a disability which may affect the way in which we provide our service so we can do what we can to make any necessary changes.
To make a booking you need to let us have a 50% deposit either by cheque or credit/debit card – this is not refundable or transferable. To retain your booking the balance needs to be paid 2 weeks before arrival – once the balance has been paid it is not refundable or transferable. Please also let us have your treatment choices when paying the balance. For group bookings we may ask for £50 refundable key money with your balance payment.
Please note we reserve the right to not accept groups of more than 4 people due to the impact on the facilities.
All accommodation is adult only. Dogs are only accepted if they are assistance dogs needed by their owners during their stay.
Should you wish to cancel please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to obtain a replacement booking. If we are successful the cancellation will be accepted. We will keep your deposit as a re-letting charge. If we are not successful you remain responsible for the full balance of the charge. We therefore suggest you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
