Booking Period:

Arrival between 3.00pm and 7.00pm and departure by 10.30am weekdays and noon at weekends (unless otherwise agreed in advance). If you are likely to arrive after 7.00pm please let us know so we can make arrangements to leave you a key.

General:

Please note that we do not accept responsibility for the actions of third parties or circumstances beyond our control which may affect your visit.

Please inform us if anyone in your party has a disability which may affect the way in which we provide our service so we can do what we can to assist you or discuss what changes we can make to assist you.

All accommodation is adult only. Dogs are only accepted if they are assistance dogs needed by their owners during their stay.

Covid-19:

We are doing everything we can to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable stay with us and we have successfully applied for the “We’re Good to Go” Industry Standard.

Please help us by following government guidelines during your stay with us.  If you fail to do so we reserve the right to insist you leave our premises.

If you experience any symptoms of Covid-19 in the 14 days leading up to your stay with us you must inform us and your stay will need to be deferred or cancelled.  If you experience any symptoms of Covid-19 during your stay you must inform us and return home to self-isolate as soon as possible if you possibly can.  If you cannot return home you must self-isolate in your cottage, following current government guidelines and will be liable to re-imburse us for any of our bookings which are affected as a result.

Cancellation:

Please notify us immediately if you need to cancel and we will do our best to obtain a replacement booking.  If we are successful we will defer your booking to another date in the same year and will hold over any amount you have paid towards that deferred booking.  If we are unable to obtain a replacement booking we will retain all sums paid by you.  We do not refund any sums paid in the event of cancellation and therefore recommend you take out holiday insurance.

Cancellation for any issue relating to Covid-19:

However in the event your booking is affected by any Covid-19 related issue we will be happy to defer your booking to another date, subject to availability of course.  Alternatively we will refund what you have paid.
